I visited the store for the first time a couple days ago. I only bought a couple of small items as I’m just a home gardener, but the staff made me feel as if I had a commercial account. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend and return.

I just stopped by Hydro City after seeing the Facebook marketplace posting of 1cubic feet (28.3L or ~30lb) worm casting bag at $14 vs $40 at Home Depot/Walmart/Amazon and the store is surprisingly nice with a huge variety of selections at a reasonable price for gardening stuff. I was offered help by a store guy, a free sample of Sea Blast fertilizer and cold water bottle, as soon as i entered the store and they also loaded the stuff in my car for me, so excellent customer service that i never got at Home Depot. $14 30-lb worm casting bag and $5 for chicken manure compost prices are unbeatable. Thank you so much for the help and affordable pricing and will definitely come back to buy again!

Hello This is my one experience with this particular Hydro City. Our store closed so I thought I would use this store as they were cheaper than my local, competitors store by a bit. I ordered Fox Farm products from them. 1 gal of Big Bloom, 1 qt of Grow Big, 1 qt of Tiger Bloom, 1 qt Kelp Me Kelp You, 1 qt Micro Brew. They ended up being $47 cheaper and with free shipping so this was a great deal. Even saved me $30 in gas for not driving to the store. My problem is with the MicroBrew. They shipped me a 3 year old bottle, date stamped, that expires after 2 years. The manufacturer recommends not to use if older than 2 years old. I contacted them and they are refunding my money for that bottle as they stated they didn't have that product in stores at this time for a replacement. They were very friendly and nice to refund me for the product and stated it was more than likely still good enough to use but they were refunding me anyways. Very nice and cool. But then I wondered how old my other bottles were. I contacted Fox Farm and they deciphered the codes on the other four bottles I bought from Hydro City. The Big Bloom was made Oct 2025 with shelf life of 4 years...cool. Grow Big was m

Placed an order and the same day was canceled because the shipping address wasn’t the same on the card. Well I checked the order history and it is the same. I called explained to them they told me I would get a call back 4 hours later nothing. I called and the kid sounded like he was drunk. Couldn’t even explain to me why it was canceled. I will never ever recommend this place ever. $145.00 just floating in the air

Specialize in heavy duty or professional contractor or landscape companies. I went in as an individual shopping for couple of items for the backyard. I was offered help immediately....however I had no idea what help I needed. I guess they go pick up your order and load it up in your truck. Great prices...not my cup of tea.
